How do I use the Calendar?
The Calendar helps members coordinate schedules and alert one another of upcoming events that might be of interest. Items posted in a Group Calendar are available to all members of that group. Items posted in My Calendar are available only to that member. You can use Ripple to easily share items between calendars and make coordinating easier. All Calendars can be viewed by day, week, month or year. For the most part, flat spots on the back of the baby’s head go away a few months after the baby learns to sit up. Tummy time, when your baby is awake, is one way to reduce flat spots. Another way is to change the direction you place your baby down to sleep. Doing this means the baby is not always sleeping on the same side of his or her head. If you think your baby has a more serious problem, talk to your doctor or nurse. Enjoy Your Baby! The Calendar helps members coordinate schedules and alert one another of upcoming events that might be of interest.

What does Ripple mean?
Ripple is a special tool, at MomJunction that lets you quickly and easily share something with friends. You can use Ripple to move messages, pictures, or calendar items from one group to another, or to someone outside of MomJunction. You can also use Ripple to save an item into your own space. Not necessarily. You can easily create a single post in My Pics, My Journal or My Calendar, and then use Ripple to share it with different groups.

What is a group?
A MomJunction group is a place where group members can easily communicate with each other. Each group can include a Journal for discussion, Scrapbook for Photos, a Calendar for organizing events, and a Trading Post to exchange items. The Group’s Administrator (Leader) can choose to remove some off these elements from a group if they are not necessary.A MomJunction group is a place where group members can easily communicate with each other. What is an Administrator?
The creator of a group is automatically given the role of Administrator. “Admin’s” have several privileges and responsibilities within a group: (1) they can change the name, description or design of the group; (2) they can delete posts from the group; (3) they can remove members from the group; and (4) they can grant Admin privileges to other members of the group. The Trading Post provides a focused marketplace of mom and kid items.. If you have something you’d like to buy, sell or trade, post it in the Trading Post with a description, asking price if required and your contact information.Fundamentally, parents must understand that much more time/effort has to be invested in raising ADD children.

Can anyone post messages in a group?
Only registered MomJunction members can post to groups. If a group is private, only those members who have been invited to the group can post. The creator of a group automatically has the privileges of an Administrator, scribed above. All others in the group are Members. Members can invite others to join the group. An Invitee is someone who has been sent an invitation to join the group, but has not yet accepted or declined the invitation.

Is there a risk of choking when my baby sleeps on his or her back?

How Having Too Much Money Can Make Your a Bad Person

Thursday, May 28th, 2009

This was a true story that I actually witnessed with my own eyes. It all started when I decided to take a trip down to the local casino, I was feeling over exhausted by work and just wanted to relax and possibly win some money.

I first went to the fruit machines and spent about a couple of hours hour playing them, I had only brought with me £300 that night with me as that was all I could really afford. I had wasted so much money on the fruit machines that I decided to try my luck elsewhere. I dealt into the next table and amazingly doubled my money I was sitting at £300.

While all this was happening there was a man next to me that had the craziest luck. He was amazingly lucky winning spin after spin. I just shocked at just how much chance some people have.

As the casino was about to close the luckiest guy in the world decided to go and celebrate in town he had won about 20k. He left the building in such a jolly mood, but the folks that lost were so angry. I sat down to finish my drink and then decided to make my way home. I got out of the local casino and all I could see was paramedics running around, I saw the man who won all that money being taken away on a stretcher, he had been mugged and beaten black and blue. It just goes to show you that maybe winning too much will harm you, better off playing online poker at least this way you are safe.

What is the difference between Chapter 7 and Chapter 13?
There are several differences between Chapter 7 and Chapter 13, and a more thorough discussion can be found in the “Chapter 7 vs. Chapter 13″ link on this website. Chapter 7 is a relatively quick process in which one discharges his or her debts that are dischargeable. But in Chapter 13, the idea is to pay back to one’s creditors as much as possible for usually 60 months depending on what the debtor can afford to pay, and the part of the debt that is not paid back is discharged. Our fees are based on your mortgage payment amount, and the complexity and urgency of your situation. Our professional loss mitigation consultants will evaluate your case and explain the best options to save your home.

Are There Any Precautions I Can Take?
Beware of any contract of sale of loan assumption where you are not formally released from liability for your mortgage debt. If you’re selling the house yourself to avoid foreclosure, check to see if there are any complaints against the prospective buyer. You can contact your state’s Attorney General, the State Real Estate Commission, or the local District Attorney’s Consumer Fraud Unit for this type of information. Our client does not own the property now and will not own it until after the foreclosure sale, if ever. It therefore cannot give you access to inspect it if the property is still occupied. We cannot stop you from asking whoever is in the property if you can inspect it, but they are not obligated to let you, and they may not be happy about being asked.DO NOT IGNORE THE LETTERS FROM YOUR LENDER. If you are having problems making your payments, call or write to your lender’s Loss Mitigation Department without delay.

How does your Walk Away Protection Plan & Kit protect me?
When you purchase a Walk Away Protection Plan & Kit we commit to helping you through the entire process. You will get over 50 years of combined Real Estate and Law experience to help you know and understand your rights. If you qualify for our plan, your lender WILL NOT be able to call you in attempt to collect. Your lender WILL NOT be able to collect any deficiency or loss they may receive by you walking away (select states only).

Are you going to tell us to file bankruptcy?
No. Bankruptcy is never a good solution for families who are behind on their mortgage. Bankruptcy may delay foreclosure, but it doesn’t stop it and does not save your  on the state you live in it can be anywhere from 21 days to 150 days. When you contact us we will help you determine that. Dont wait time is ticking. Many lenders have a determined ending date prior to your actual foreclosure auction date.

What are some of the advantages of Chapter 13 bankruptcy?
One advantage is the ability to stop a foreclosure on your house, and to have a mortgage that has been accelerated declared reinstated upon bankruptcy plan completion. You need to act fast. Most people in this situation are in denial. They do not realize they will soon lose their home and their credit.Yes, provided that you have not previously filed bankruptcy cases which were dismissed.

We have so little money! Can you still help?
In most cases, yes. During your free, no-obligation consultation we’ll get basic information from you. We take your case only when we’re 100% certain we can stop foreclosure and save your house. And we back that certainty up with an ironclad money-back guarantee.
